Our Process
The initial meeting is essentially the first step towards building your new home. During the free consultation, we aim to gain a detailed understanding of what your future custom home entails and what you are looking for in a custom home builder. Additionally, we can take you through the process and answer any questions you may have.
PLANNING
At this stage, we work closely with you, the architect, and the interior design firm to cover all the bases, from the floorplans to final finishes. Together, we will create your custom home so that it best reflects you and your family’s needs.
BUDGET AND TIMELINE
Once the design of your custom home is finalized, we will provide you with an accurate budget and timeline for the project. No surprises. We understand that building your new home is a big decision financially, so we want to ensure that you are comfortable with the final number and will work with you until it’s right. Once you have signed off on the numbers and contract, construction of your new custom home will commence.
CONSTRUCTION
This is where the magic happens! During the course of construction, we will provide you with weekly progress reports and can even provide site visits at your request so you can see the progress yourself. We highly encourage and welcome your feedback, this allows us to ensure your new custom home is perfect.
COMPLETION AND WARRANTY
Welcome to your new custom home! At this stage, we will do the final walk through with you to ensure that everything exceeds your expectations. As a licensed builder, your new home is covered and any issues or concerns will be resolved in a timely manner and to your satisfaction.
